Please read these terms carefully before using the ywkkr platform.
Agreement Between ywkkr and the User
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ywkkr ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services available at ywkkr.org, including live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and all related promotional offerings. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the ywkkr platform regardless of the device used to access it — mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using ywkkr immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments made by ywkkr.
ywkkr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail. By using ywkkr, you confirm your ability to understand and agree to these Terms in English.

One Account Per User
Each user may hold only one ywkkr account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Processing times vary by method but bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 3 to 10 minutes.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified on the relevant bonus promotion page.
Security and Fair Use
Collusion, use of software bots, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Governing Terms
These Terms are governed in accordance with the policies of ywkkr. Any dispute between the user and ywkkr will be addressed through the platform's internal dispute resolution process before any other escalation.
Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of ywkkr is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. ywkkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the ywkkr platform. Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held. ywkkr complies with all applicable requirements to prevent underage gambling and may require users to submit government-issued photo identification to verify age.
Geographic Eligibility
ywkkr services are intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. ywkkr makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for users who access the platform in violation of their local laws. ywkkr reserves the right to restrict or block access from specific geographic regions at its sole discretion.
Account Registration and Management
Each natural person may hold only one registered account on the ywkkr platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances pending the outcome of a fraud investigation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.
Account Verification (KYC)
ywkkr may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or closure. ywkkr handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Account Closure
You may request the closure of your ywkkr account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and pending KYC verification. ywkkr reserves the right to close any account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or where the user no longer meets eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
Deposits and Withdrawals
ywkkr supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. ywkkr does not charge any platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. ywkkr will return any third-party deposit to the source account and may suspend the receiving user account pending investigation.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations. ywkkr aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 3 to 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. ywkkr reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation.
Unclaimed Balances
Account balances that remain inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administrative fee as set out in the applicable fee schedule. Users will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. ywkkr recommends users contact [email protected] if they wish to close an inactive account and withdraw any remaining balance before any administrative fee is applied.
Bonuses and Promotions
ywkkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters covered therein.
Bonuses credited to your account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement is calculated as the bonus amount multiplied by the stated rollover multiplier. Bets placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward fulfilling the requirement. ywkkr reserves the right to withdraw any unclaimed or partially-wagered bonus if it determines that abuse or misuse of a promotion has occurred.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. ywkkr reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. A user who has self-excluded or placed restrictions on their account is not eligible to receive or wager bonuses during the restriction period. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Users suspected of opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will have all duplicate accounts closed and all associated bonuses forfeited.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry date as specified on the relevant promotion page. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and removed from the account automatically. ywkkr will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. It is the user's responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus credited to their account.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ywkkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities. ywkkr employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required.
Fraud and Collusion
Users must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity on the ywkkr platform. This includes but is not limited to: sharing cards or information with other players in live casino games, placing coordinated bets with another account to exploit bonus conditions, using software tools to automate or manipulate gameplay, exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain, and making deposits or withdrawals using fraudulently obtained payment details.
Money Laundering
ywkkr is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The platform must not be used to process funds derived from illegal activity. All transactions are monitored and ywkkr will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Users are required to only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name and to withdraw only to the same accounts.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
ywkkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time from your account settings. Users are strongly encouraged to use these tools if they feel their gambling is becoming problematic.
All use of ywkkr is strictly for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a means of income. ywkkr services are available only to persons aged 21 and above. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ywkkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical errors, interruptions to service, delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment processors, or losses arising from reliance on any information provided on the platform.
ywkkr does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance periods or as a result of circumstances beyond ywkkr's reasonable control. ywkkr will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service in the event of an outage and will not be held liable for any financial losses incurred during any period of service unavailability.
Amendments to These Terms
ywkkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ywkkr will provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates required to comply with applicable law — may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
